Quayside properties on the Marseillan quayside

For many people wanting a home in Marseillan, only the quay will do. As someone who has a bijou apartment there I can wholeheartedly endorse the benefits of quayside living.

However it is worth pointing out one or two issues that surface when clients visit Marseillan.

Probably the most asked is ' Can I have a property with a view' Although this is possible it will be very expensive and premiums of over €2000 per square meter can be commanded by sellers

From experience there is another issue. Although views are wonderful from frontline properties you have to factor in the noise issues. In the Summer Marseillan is very busy and the quayside is very vibrant and exciting , but also quite noisy so it can be advantageous to be a few meters back in a development.

I have never regretted choosing an apartment that has a nice south facing balcony but not directly facing the harbour. After all I'm only a few meters walk away.

Over the next few weeks I will be advertising properties with a view and those tucked away without. I would recommend you consider exactly what you want and what you are prepared to sacrifice to gain a view.

We will always be happy to help you with your choices and please feel free to call at anytime to outline your priorities
