The cottage Séchoir is a former stone dry shed which has been converted into a holiday home in 2005.

The entrance, kitchen and bathroom are wheelchair accessible. With a large master bedroom and a nursery this holiday home is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.

 

It is a detached house situated on a plot of 1200 m² and has magnificent views of the golf course and the castles.

 

From the entrance of the house you can access the bedroom or the kitchen. From the kitchen you enter the L-shaped living area with a dining area and a sitting area which has a large stone fireplace.

The living space is located on the 64 m² first floor. The spacious living room also contains a dining corner and a sofabed. From the living room you arrive onto a large covered terrace with a splendid view over the golf course, the castles and the valley.

 

As the house is built into the hillside, you will also be able to step outside in the backyard from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Les Rivailles

 

This original Périgord property was built in the middle of the 19th century.
