Depending on the specific apartment the owner receives returns of between 3.60% and 5.20% and then the total value of the usage they have chosen is deducted from their rental yield.
This ‘a la carte’ personal usage system enables people to choose when they would like to use their property throughout the year, up to a maximum of 8 weeks per year.
Each period of usage has its own usage value and the total usage value is then deducted from an owners rental yield
The design and construction Le Coeur des Loges is being carried out with the support of La SAS*, a private organisation majority owned by local authorities. As a result of the location and build quality of this project.
La SAS has been able to put a guarantee in place which ensures that, in the highly unlikely event that the management company are late with a rental payment, the agreed rental yield will still be paid to owners.
This guaranteed amount will not exceed the equivalent of one year’s rental and is paid as and when it is required by the owner. La SAS is also in place to ensure the long term marketing of the properties should any unforeseen event arise with the management company.
